We have been in Toronto residential property management since 2000. We started as real estate investors and became property managers who turned their purchased property for rent in downtown Toronto. After years of experience operating a rental property, we shared our insights with our clients who were buying houses for rent, but we saw the fear of not knowing where to start. That made us establish Citadel Property Management Group Inc. to support those who buy their rental property. We help to find suitable properties that fit the client's budget and match the right tenants in downtown Toronto and GTA with properties that fit their lifestyle.
